On January 9, 2011, Wordsprint launched our new website design. "We wanted our website users to have access to the most up-to-date resources and to have their browsing experience be as easy as possible. We felt this was the best way to provide that," said Kim Haga, Director of Marketing. "So far, we've had nothing but positive comments on the change."
Wordsprint's first website was designed in 1998 when the trend was to design a "static" site for information purposes only. The goal was to get people to read a little about our business and then find the 800 number to call for more information. As the internet has evolved and website visitors have become more involved in deciding how they want their browsing experience to go, there has been a need to provide more than just basic information. Today, the goal is to give visitors to our website as much control over their experience as possible. Users are now able to request quotes, place orders, review proofs, and upload files all from one convenient location!
